The Android Call Screening feature is only available on a few devices, like all Google Pixel phones and some Android phones that support Google’s Phone app.

Which Google Pixel phones support Call Screening?
One of the numerous advantages of purchasing a Google Pixel phone is call screening. Previously, only Pixel, 6 Pro, and Pixel 6a were compatible with the Call screening feature. It was only accessible on Google devices, including the original Pixel, Pixel 6 Pro, and Pixel 6a. Some settings, however, are unlikely to be accessible on older models.

How to Use Android Calling Screen
This option is enabled by default, so there is no need to toggle it on or off; it appears as a third choice (along with answer and decline) each time you receive a call. When speaking to unknown callers, you can select either a male or female voice for the Assistant prompt.

Call screening gives you a couple of settings that give you some control over how Assistant handles calls from unknown numbers. Here’s how you can reach them:
- Open the Google Phone app and tap the three dots in the upper right corner.
- Tap Settings and go to the menu option for Spam and Call Screen.
- To get to the settings, open the Call Screen.
